OUT NOW: BGC Home Magazine – Issue 4

Issue 4: Home Away from Home

The latest edition of the BGC Home Magazine is out now! In Issue 4: Home Away From Home, we wanted to inspire you with ways to bring your favourite travel memories into your home without having to squeeze your bag into the overhead locker.

Travel is a wonderful source of inspiration, it inspires us to embark on new adventures and embrace other cultures, introducing us to things we’ve never seen before. It’s the very reason we move beyond the comfort of our own homes – to explore and learn how others live. Editor Katherine Potthoff adds, ”Restrictions from the past two years have not only altered travel across the globe, they’ve also sparked interest in rethinking the design of our personal spaces, where we now spend more of our time.”

In this edition, explore over 120 pages of home and lifestyle inspiration, travel tips, recipes, insights from industry experts and stories local to our Western Australian coastline. Drawing inspiration from around the globe, we’ve delved into international design to show you how you can get creative and bring resort style living into your own home.

Travelling is many experiences in one. It’s a way to learn and grow within oneself and grow with other people by learning about something or someone new. BGC Housing Group Executive General Manager, Michael Bartier, says, “The latest edition of our BGC Home Magazine sparks the same feel of excitement as when you are planning a trip, whether close or far from home. I was fortunate to recently board a plane for the first time in a few years. I was overcome with the feeling of how lucky I am to be able to share the world with my wife and kids. We ventured to Bangkok, one of Southeast Asia’s most popular destinations. Bangkok is an ever-changing, always-bustling cosmopolitan capital with much more on offer than incredible street food (although there’s plenty of that). Our magazine showcases travel experiences like mine.”

Issue 4: Home Away From Home is now available from our award winning Osborne Park Showroom, one of our many display homes around WA or view it online here.
